Having nothing to do with FS, but everything to do with helicopter flight sims, EECH has a new upgrade.
If you have a copy of Enemy Engaged Commanche Hokum sitting on a shelf, dust it off and install the new 3rd party patches/exe’s, textures, and Apache/Havoc campaigns, and third party terrain/campaigns! It's also available in budget-packs everywhere too.
There’s been recent significant upgrades, improvements to the flight dynamics, improvements to the campaign control, Track IR is now supported (great for using the helmet sight slaved to the gun). The terrain graphics have been significantly upgraded, you now have a much better sense of speed, and also of height above the ground. It’s also being made more friendly for those who want to modify parts of it.

Also, be aware that Shockwave has announced a sequel too, EECH-2. No details given except a 2005 release (ya right!)
